SHIPPING

ALL CollarSafe's items are in stock & shipped SAME or NEXT BUSINESS day. Important Note: Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are NOT considered BUSINESS days. Custom Orders will require one additional business day to ship. 
 
ALL items ship "FREE" USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number unless you choose PRIORITY MAIL. First Class mail usually arrives within 3-10 business days. The "EXPECTED" delivery date provided to you is simply an "ESTIMATE" that is provided by USPS and is NOT always accurate and is NOT guaranteed by CollarSafe. CollarSafe's only guarantee is that your item will ship same or next business day.
 
If you purchase Priority Mail, your delivery guarantee, is between you and USPS and not CollarSafe. Any shipping or delivery issues/claims/refunds with USPS are the buyer's responsibility. Circumstances beyond my control, such as weather, holidays, misdirected mail, barcodes not scanning properly, etc., can cause unexpected "delays" and should be understood PRIOR to your purchase. Please contact CollarSafe if you have any questions or concerns regarding our shipping policies.
 
 
RETURNS
 
CollarSafe accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Only unused original condition items may be returned. Any Priority Mail shipping fees are NOT refundable. If your item(s) was shipped using CollarSafe's "FREE" shipping service, CollarSafe will deduct the cost of postage and packing materials (average item to ship and pack is around $3 and may vary dependent on the item shipped). If you have any questions at all, PLEASE ask prior to your purchase. Emails are generally answered within a few hours : )
 
 
ERRORS
 
If you receive the wrong item, color, etc, please take a photo of item and immediately contact CollarSafe via email address that was provided with your order.
 
If you make an error ordering a "replacement collar" and it does not fit your receiver module, please contact CollarSafe and we will assist in determining the correct collar for your system and arrange an exchange.
